Sugar Equivalency Nature's Way Organic Stevia Equivalence to Sugar 5 drops = 1 teaspoon 12 drops = 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon = 1/2 cup Note: Because the substitution amount of stevia provides much less bulk than sugar, the recipe requires more ingredients to create the same texture as a sugar recipe would.
